My name is Tim Ajunwa, and my wife owns elderly homes (Facilities) in Winchester California. We had a problem with our air conditioning in one of the homes, we called Right Time Home Service to replace our air conditioner after listening to their ads and they installed (replaced) it for $11,000. Nine months later the air conditioner broke down, and Right Time Home Services were called and they never showed up. We called them 2-3 times every day for 3 weeks, and the temperature in Winchester was in the high 90-100 degrees. The residents and the staff were suffering the heat, so we bought extra industrial fans for the home which did not take the place of the A/C. We made it very clear that we were worried about our elderly residents, and yet we did not get any help from Right Time Home Services. We called their corporate offices, and no one called us back. All attempts to get them to fix our air conditioner failed. Right Time Home Services does not have professional workers, and when they promised to show up to fix the issue, they did not show up at all. We will advise people not to use Right Time Home services. If they could deny services in an elderly home, they will deny services to you when you do not expect it.

Reliable, expert service

We used RighTime Home Services for our new thermostat installation and they were great from start to finish. We purchased a new thermostat but realized that we needed a C-wire for the thermostat to work. We had a C-Wire, however it did not have power because it was not connected, so we called RighTime. The Main office was so polite when we called and stated they could have someone out on the same day which was great. As soon as I finished speaking with the front office, Ian called and stated they would have the technician Trevor out to our house in 45 minutes. WOW fast service and we love it. Trevor was fantastic!!! We could not have asked for a better technician. He was so informative and explained everything and the price was fair for today's market. Trevor walk us through the installation and made sure that our air and heat worked before he left. It's hard to find great service and we are so pleased to have worked with RighTime Home Services and will be using them again in the near future.

Very honest and professional. Did not try to upsell me on the project. AC only needed to be rewired due to mice chewing on wires. AC stopped working because it shorted out not because I needed to replace the whole thing. I highly recommend RighTime Home Services!

Great service

Michael was amazing and is an asset to this Company. He was polite, covid19 prepared, knowledgable and confident. He assessed the problem; Underground water leak from main supply. Swiftly went about digging through 3 feet of large Tamarisk roots. Located the issue and repaired it. Left the area clean . I highly recommend this company, have put them on speed dial and recommended them to a friend.

The company is in the midst of a merger so I was getting multiple messages about when to expect the plumber to arrive. I think their prices are a little high too.

Great work and followup on replacing and adding an additional central AC to my home. 5 stars ks not enough for their team.

Both technicians were professional and did great work. Dispatchers and appointment setters could benefit from being a bit more pleasant and service oriented.

I had to get three different plumbers. The first adjusted the toilet so it couldn't flush. The second fixed that and connected the bidet. The third fixed the leak caused by mistreating of the bidet connector.

This plumber seemed to know his business, but was very expensive and, though personable, said he had to charge us for his trip both ways while spending some time chatting apparently on our dime.

Not enough experience for the job.
