Precision Glass came out to do the measuring as I was not comfortable providing measurements. Finished glass is smooth, cut for electrical cord opening was spot-on. The delivery time was within my specs and I feel the price was reasonable for the quality, cut requirements, and level of service. Precision Glass is just that: precise!

My dog jumped on and broke one of the windows in my living room. I was very upset about the situation and called Precision Glass and they sent a repairman out within hours. He arrived at the stated time and did excellent work. He was courteous and professional which contributed to a very positive experience. I would definitely use them again.

We completely renovated our guest bathroom, but the contractor we used didn't have a source for a seamless glass shower enclosure. So left to our own resources, we went to Angie's List. We chose Precision Glass and Mirror in Riverside, CA because of the great reviews. The price he quoted was less than expected and the turnaround time from quote to installation was under a week. He was very professional and precise. He took the time to discuss the details like glass thicknesses, tracks versus clips, various hardware styles and finishes, how the doors open, etc. Michael, who offered us the quote, also did the actual installation which took only about an hour. The final price was exactly what he had quoted with no surprise add-ons or extras. We now have a beautiful tub/shower enclosure. Had I not already purchased the vanity mirror from another source, I would have ordered a custom one from him. I definitely recommend Precision Glass and Mirror and am giving his card to the contractor that renovated our bathroom.

I have 2 cracked windows glass need to be replaced. Call the company, they gave me the exact price quote and schedule the service on the same day. The technician Ronnie was very friendly and efficient. The total charge was exactly as I was quoted over the phone. I was completely satisfied with their service and definitely will use them again in the future.

The work turned out great. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable and quick, and they did a great job. They gave me some estimates for some other jobs too, and they were very good about doing that and getting back to me. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
