 + -1 moreThe plumber was sent out by Home Shield, they diagnosed the issue but failed to notify or forward any of the information to the insurance. It took them over a week to reply. Upon setting a date/time to replace the water heater, they arrived several hours late. The plumber left the premises when he was questioned about the inflated price they were charging for "attachments" that were required for the service. Avoid this company.
