Jose from servlegacy came to service my house next day after I called when I have been having trouble finding someone to come out to check out my heater unit. Jose ran a through diagnosis of my unit and explained to me in details what is working correctly and what is working incorrectly, making sure I understood the problem. He also offered me fair pricing and got my system working same day. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs honest and fair servicing.

Jose arrived on time, and was very professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and had it repaired quickly. He went out of his way to show me exactly what was wrong with the unit and what was needed to fix it. A great company to do business with, and they are very reasonably priced. Would give 10 STARS if possible! Our heater unfortunately stopped working at the worst time possible, when i family from out of town staying with us. After carefully researching companies we I decided to go with PINEDOS SERVELEGACY A/C AND HEATING. Technician Jose Luis was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. He arrived on time to my scheduled diagnostic to see if my unit could be fix. He was extremely throughout and explained his process well enough for someone who has no idea how HVAC works to understand. He found my issue within 30 mins and provided me a repair option to get my heater operational, unfortunately my system being as old as it was the parts needed we’re no longer available and replacement was the only option. He fortunately was able to get me a replace system the next day ! (How lucky is that ) With an investment as significant and involved as this myself and my family are so happy we choose the right company. He gave us a system that we are going to enjoy for years to come. I will continue to use them and tell all my close family and friends who to go. Had an incredible experience . I’m truly great full for their help . My heater has been broken down since last winter . Everyone told me I needed to replace . Pinedos had my furnace running within an hour !! Performed a safety test to ensure no safety concerns ! Thank you pinedos
