They just come and spray and I felt like the service was just ok and a little overpriced.

The cost $3,000.00 it covered the tenting, fumigant (vikane), bags for food and an inspection. Since we were not selling the house it was less. We were promised a lifetime re-fumigation contract that's actually 5 years and $300 a year. The kicker was a Borate service was offered for even more money, after the five year lifetime service expired. The annual inspections were left at the door. So they never came inside. They call all hours to make an appointment but never leave a message. One time the inspector never showed because he was on vacation in Mexico.

Orkin was very nice and professional, but they had to come back out, because I still heard the little scurrying in the attic. They still never found the problem. Even though everything looks all nice and it has this great new insulation, we ended up having to get traps ourselves to catch two little mice that Orkin couldn't find, for some reason. So, yes, they were really good, but no, they didn't solve the problem. There were three guys here all day and they were very professional. They kept everything really clean, neat. In that sense, they were really good. When they came back out, they, again, went up there and were on top of the house. They found some more access points. They did a lot of things to try and capture these critters, but they didn't ever end up catching them. We knew nothing could get back in the house, because they were very good closing up the access points and everything.

They come out every month regularly. However, they will come out in between if you have an infestation of ants, if see new ants, or wasps nest, and treat those for free, at no extra charge. My husband pays the bill and I don't what we pay. I know they don't exterminate for mice, rats, or anything like that, just bugs, insects, and so forth. We've got a good deal with them or my husband wouldn't keep them as far as price is concerned. We've had other pest control companies, but, they're the best, although their quality may not be. We will continue to use them in the future.

They were totally inadequate and ineffective. I have cattle, emus, and lamb, and I was doing all of the work setting the traps. I found them to be non-responsive.

They do quality work and have great customer service.
