Omar Construction did a phenomenal job renovating my attic. He has also helped me installing a new kitchen faucet, lights & re surfacy my bathtub & tile, making it look like new! I definetelly recommend his services!

Omar is excellent! He shows up when scheduled and works very fast. His quotes are very reasonable and the work is top notch. At first I just needed some painting and flooring replaced, but I added electrical work and handyman jobs that he happily did, at a reasonable price. I will recommend him without hesitation.

The whole project went great . Omar and his team are very hard working and very efficient. We lived in the house during the remodel and everyone was punctual and courteous. Omar had his own dumpster trailer which helped tremendously. Demo was fast and they got to pouring the new footings right away. Every inspection was fine except some issues more the fault of the architect/engineer than the contractor. They did all the work; concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing, doors and windows and contracted out the HVAC, gutters and insulation. It is in everyone’s best interest for the owner to have a good idea of what you want and to let them know to include in the contract. It is also good for you to keep your own records regarding what is paid and when, and any services above and beyond what is written in the original proposal. I would also add that he likes to work fast and the sooner you have stuff ordered and on site the better. That way you don’t waste time waiting for products. There is a trade off for speed and I would say attention to detail is probably not his strong suit. If you see something he is glad to rectify any situation but sometimes small things or attention to detail are missed. I think you have to weigh that against his speed and cost. Overall I would unequivocally use him again and recommend him to others. My architect was impressed and would use him again as well.

Everything went well & we just passed the final building from the inspector .

Omar came and gave us an estimate one day. We called and confirmed that we wanted to work with him and we arranged a quick and convenient date for him to do the work. He showed up with 2 gentlemen who cut the holes and ran the wires. They forgot to bring something to cover my floors, but used some blankets I had to minimize the mess. Omar even cleaned my floors himself once the job was complete. Above all, Omar is honest and very good-natured. He is reasonably priced and recommended other great people to help me with 1) tape and texture 2) painting the interior of our whole house 3) carpet cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Omar again He is very reliable and responsors quickly to my questions/texts.

Omar and his crew are amazing! He helped transform our outdated kitchen and laundry rooms into a modern, bright, and beautiful space that we love and enjoy each day. He and his crew completely gutted our kitchen, opened and re-framed a couple walls, rewired outlets, relocated plumbing and gas fixtures, installed new cabinets, counter-top, tiled our floors, and refinished our walls. He and his crew did everything in 3 1/2 weeks, which was amazing! He listened to our needs and kept us up to date on any problems or decisions we had to make. We had to make some changes to the color and design a few times and for him it wasn't a problem! His goal was to make sure we were happy with the end result. His craftsmanship, knowledge, attention to details, and professionalism are also reflected in his crew. Everyone was polite, clean, and very trustworthy! One of his workers found my neighbor's wallet on the street and returned it to me. I hope this review helps you decide to use Omar construction. If not, the before and after pictures should help.

He is very honest and professional. Great pricing and VERY fast. He'd come first thing in the morning and work hard all day. He got it done in record time. As with most contractors they will send guys over to help so just ensure he is there the majority of the time but this is the case with every contractor I have ever hired. He is very good but always hard to know how experienced his helpers may be. They may be but just good to have him there.

Loved all his work. Very polite and clean a pleasure to work with. He had great input and suggestions which I loved and did all. He does all my handyman work. From electrical at my work for new equipment as well as electrical for new air conditioning he removed two wall unit air cond. units and patched, insulated and re stucco on outside. He has repaired my roof and added LED lighting. Next month I'm going to have him install a outdoor shed in the backyard. He is truly a man of all trades and good at all of them.

Omar is a contractor with vast knowledge in all trades of construction. Omar has done extensive work in my house and I could not be happy with all his work. Omar is very hard working, coming in on Sundays even and staying very late to complete the job. There is no other contractor I would trust in house other than Omar. Omar has installed wood floors, he has done electrical work, he has installed ceiling fans and other things in my house. Omar has very reasonable prices and I know I can always count on his professional judgement to get the job done right, the first time. I plan to work with Omar this summer for a bathroom remodel that I want him to do, I will use his to install a kitchen backsplash and install some landscaping lighting. There is no other contractor that I trust with my house than Omar, he is a pleasure to work with and very easy going. For your next job, Omar will definitely will get the job done right, the first time.

We had less than 3 weeks in June 2013 to get the beach house ready for our summer weekly renters and after students located at Newport Beach. That included tile work, new bathroom furniture, lighting, fixtures - everything. What a joy is to work with such handyman who goes an extra mile to get the job done on time and right at the first time. No shortcuts and cutbacks. First floor bathroom walls needed to be halfway re-framed due to old termite damage. Frame was rebuilt, treated against termites, new hardybacker put on walls. New copper plumbing welded. New design pattern tile laid on walls and floor. New shower fixtures, shower doors, medicine cabinet, new ceiling fan. Bathroom looks wonderful. I will attach before and after photos of the job. On the second floor we had a master bathroom to be remodeled. It was a disaster left after students. New design tiles laid, both on the walls and floors, new plumbing, New faucets, shower doors, fixtures, vanities, lamps, new ceiling fan (that were never even put in for some odd reason). Always good suggestions and advice on how to get our ideas work even better. New tile was laid in a diamond pattern throughout the first floor. After decades of dark brown carpet our house seemed light and airy with the new light tile. Living dining area has a nice ceiling fan with lamps. Actually all old ceiling lamps were changed by him in the course of that less than 3 weeks. He was always very punctual. Most of the time he was on the jobsite from Riverside to Newport Beach by 8 am the latest and worked long days. He is open eyed for details, he is resourceful, punctual. I am very happy that we found ourselves Omar. We have worked with him on our other properties as well. 1. He rebuild a kitchen from scratch at our other property 2. Laundry room complete remodel for our tenants. 3. New sensor lights throughout the apartment complex. 4. Vinyl fencing at our rental property for backyards. Again tons of bathroom, kitchen, dining and entry area floors tiled. We are very happy with his work from the beginning to the end and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs simpler things like repairing screen doors or more complicated repairs like repairing automatic garage door.
