The service technician "Danny" was courteous, friendly, and very professional. He was not able to fix my air conditioner because it was still under warranty, and let me know that I needed to call the manufacturer to arrange for a certified warranty repair representative to come out. The "call out" fee was a little high, and that's why I only rated the "value for money" at 3 stars. I'm amending my review because MSP has contacted me, and has agreed to refund the fee. I'm very happy that they're making this effort, and have no problem rating them as 5 stars across the board. I highly recommend this company!

Danny was very helpful and explained what he was going to do and will do a follow-up in February or March to fix the problem.

Daniel was very professional and explained things step by step so I always knew what was going on. He explained all our options and helped us make the best decision for our home. His office told him that a crew could install our new unit the following day, but they ended up starting the job later the same afternoon and finished that same night. They went above and beyond our expectations and we would recommend Daniel and MSP.

In the middle of the hottest day of the year, Danny came out on an urgent call and got it fixed. My thanks and recommendation.

great tech quick service.. explained everything

Daniel was fantastic! he was the only ac repairman that ACTUALLY longed at my old unit and told me what was wetting instead of simply suggesting a new unit. We ultimately did get a new unit as ours was toast and he explained every step of the process. i highly recommend him!
