What a quick response. Michael Gregg was friendly, courteous and he showed up when he said he would and also went out of his way to get the parts needed to repair our furnace. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done in order to get our furnace working again. I appreciate contractors who are proactive and are timely. I would recommend MSP in a heart beat.

I started this project on your website and, within 10 minutes Daniel from MSP Heating and Air Conditioning called me. He was at my house in less than one hour. My system has been broken for years and I have been afraid to call anyone. Daniel came in, quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. I am so grateful, I finally have a warm house again for the first time in several years. I highly recommend this company.

He was a polite and conscientious gentleman. He went out of his way, up to Crestline to repair my sister-in-law's heater. He went up, found the problem, discussed it with me, and proceeded to fix it. He didn't have the part so he had to make another trip, but he worked all day until he had everything fixed that night.
