I hired MSP to do maintenace service to my "WORKING" AC and they ended up breaking it completely. the technician arrived went up to look at it and he told me it needed new capacitors. i agreed even though i thought it was a bit much to make a replacement, but hey i thought i was dealing with a professional who was going to do the job right. next thing you know he comes back and says your compressor is shot your AC isn't working. in my head i was like how, it was working before you got here and now youre telling me it doesnt work at all? before he could even tell me more about the situation he already had a bill for me and started talking about getting a new one replaced with them. so they broke my AC and i still got charge foe the maintenance. he then tells me his supervisor would call me for a "free estimate." a few days later another worker comes, doesnt even inspect what the other guy did and gives me an estimate on a blank sheet of paper. at this point im frustrated i just want my estimate emailed to me with what parts and labors which he said i would get. its been two weeks and i havent heard from them nor have i had a follow up call, nothing.

Efficient, on time. Installed new AC system in about 7 hrs. Good USA equipment, quiet and running great

MSP did an extraordinary job! He spent much time visiting multiple hardware stores to find the right part. No extra charge for that service. Am so pleased that will have them come out to install a mister.
