They were great. My interaction with them was positive as far as working with them and their professionalism.

I switched to Magnolia Heating & Cooling from another local company, after the other company did not live up to expectations. Magnolia had just done an excellent job installing a new five ton air conditioner for my home. Like with the air conditioner, they showed up on time and did the work when they said they would. They actually finished the project a day early. I believe the installation may have been one of the larger solar projects that they have done and part of it was a learning experience for both of us. Having a background in engineering I was interested in all of the specifications. When Eric did not have an answer immediately available, he went and researched the area and got me an accurate answer. After installation, there were a couple of times the power output went down significantly. Each time he came out and traced down the issue and restored full power. I would highly recommend using Magnolia for any project. Even though they are relatively new to solar, they did an excellent job for a particularly challenging customer.

Well when the installation took place it only took 3 days. His technicians were prompt, courteous, and neat. Very professional. Naturally I was right there along side of the technicians watching and asking questions, which they didn't mind. Some storage boxes had to be moved in the garage, which the technicians helped with! Much to my surprise at the end of each workday the technicians swept up the work site and on the final day vacuumed the work site!! My experience with Eric Smith and Magnolia Heating & Cooling left me with wanting to use his company again in the future!
