+ -1 moreWhen we bought the sectional, we bought a warranty to get our pillows fluffed any time over the time frame. We didn't use the pillow fluffing and I signed paperwork saying that I would get $300 back. They are now unreachable and will not return any of my phone calls. They act like they can't find any information about my purchase.
Description of Work: We bought a sectional, coffee table, end table, lamps and many other things over the years.
