Description of Work: Installed whole home water softener system with Reverse Osmosis System. They came later than expected but once they got started they were prompt and quickly completed the project. They were professional and did a great job installing everything.

Description of Work: Installed water filter system in home. Called to have system moved and on day of install hectic day and couldn't be there. Guy called me and complained about me not being there said sorry it was a crazy day. Kept complaining about it to me and the costs he lost. Finally said sorry man but don't complain to me that's business. After paying 6500 for the system I have no sympathy. Called me an a and hung up.

+ -1 moreThey charge a flat visit charge of $129 for all services, which covers all labor that they perform. Material charges are additional. They performed all agreed upon services, plus a bit extra that I had not expected, for exactly the agreed price. Besides the fact that Kinetico distributors are the only ones can service these systems, we would still use this company, as they have given us good, reliable and professional service.
Description of Work: The gentlemen from the Kinetico distributor showed up in the agreed timespan, and we're fully prepared for the work that was agreed upon. The tasks were to replace reverse osmosis system filters, replace a damaged fixture, rebed the Kinetico dechlorinator, and perform 10 year servicing on the softener system.
