JUDY'S CLEANING SVC

Very disappointing service... One cleaning lady showed up about the time she was supposed to. I walked her through the empty home and reviewed the areas that needed cleaning. I left to work on unpacking boxes that we had moved to our new home the day before, located right across the street. I checked in with her via text after 2 hours and then my husband and I came back over about 3 hours later expecting most all of the work to be done. To our surprise, barely anything had been done. The job should have been finished by 1:00 although, I'm not sure what time the 2nd cleaning person got there. The job still wasn't finished by 4:00! I kept touching base with the cleaners and let them know I had only budgeted for the amount I was quoted, but she/they still dragged it out until after 4! When I went to pay her, not much of what I had asked to be done was done. They barely did anything. In the end, our landlord still charged us for cleaning - another $300. I recommend that if you use this service, stay in the home with the cleaners!
