JR CONSTRUCTION

On the first scheduled day, the employees did not show up. I contacted the company and they would arrive the following day. As promised, they did arrive as scheduled. Their overall work quality was good. Their timeliness needs some improvement. Upon accepting the estimate, the supervisor stated the job would be completed within 3 days. With weather, not showing up and their lack of planning, the job was not completed in the stated time frame. I was disappointed in the disposal methods. The employees overfilled my trash can, gardening cans and recycling bin. I requested for them to dispose of the debris properly. They did remove the debris from the recycling bin upon request. There were large clods of dirt behind shrubs rather than being removed. I believe the supervisor did not direct his employees in a positive and productive manner. Also, there was some damage to my existing grass. I was happy my son and I were home to oversee the project as I could state my concerns.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE HARD WORK PUT IN TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN ONE DAY. HOWEVER, WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED, THEY LEFT BEHIND A MESS. I HAD TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM AND THROW AWAY PIECES OF BROKEN DOWN CONCRETE MYSELF. ALSO, I CALLED THEM BACK TO FIX AN AREA OF THE CONRETE THAT HAS DIP WERE WATER DOES NOT RUN OFF. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARED FROM THEM.
