 + -1 moreWe needed to step in on behalf of my elderly father who owns income property in Murietta because his now-former property management company was inept, irresponsible, and on top of that had ridiculous fees for practically everything ... EVEN THINGS WE DID! After a comprehensive search, up stepped JMB Group and most especially the amazing Rich Heitzwebel who rescued us and took over with the panache and professionalism you would expect.
