+ -1 moreJFK HEATING & AIR WAS EXCELLENT AND RETURNED TWO TIMES DUE TO A CONTINUING PROBLEM. THEY CAME ON TIME AND WERE INFORMATIVE AND COURTEOUS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. THEIR PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN I HAD PAID BEFORE, HOWEVER, RELIABILITY COUNTS WITH ME.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY HAD INSTALLED A NEW HEATER IN MY HOME, BUT WERE UNRELIABLE IN COMING OUT WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM (THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN UNDER WARRANTY).

+ -1 moreIT'S FINE. IT'S REASONABLE I SUPPOSE FOR WHAT THEY DO. I DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYBODY ELSE. THEY'RE THERE ABOUT A HALF HOUR AND THEY PUTZ AROUND WITH THE THING. I HAVEN'T THE SLIGHTEST IDEA WHAT THEY DO. THEY TELL ME IF I NEED TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE OR IF EVERYTHING'S FINE, AND THAT'S IT. THE PRICE COULD ALWAYS BE BETTER. I HAVE SEEN SOME ADS IN PAPERS THAT FOR 100 BUCKS THEY'LL COME OUT AND SERVICE YOUR THING.
Description of Work: THEY SERVICE THE HEATER OR THE AIR CONDITIONER DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR. THEY JUST MAKE SURE THAT IT'S RUNNING. THEY DO WHATEVER THEY DO TO THAT STUFF.

+ -1 moreTHERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE INVOICE. THEY PUT A CHARGE ON THERE THAT WAS NOT PERFORMED, AND WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY SAID IT WAS AN INITIAL MISTAKE.
Description of Work: THEY SANITIZED THE DUCTS. FIXED THE AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR & FURNACE BLOWER MOTOR.
