I Called out 3 different heating and air companies to give me bids on an all new furnace and air conditioner. Interstate air quality was the only company to actually type a report on paper regarding what they saw at my house and listed multiple options in their estimate that had various benefits. The technicians at Interstate were the only techs out of the 3 companies I called out to actually jump in my attic and examine my duct work. I was impressed by the level of thoroughness and overall respect their company had for myself and my home. I ended up replacing my furnace, coil, air conditioner and all my duct work throughout the house. The guys did a great job kept everything organized while they worked, and everything they installed was tested multiple times before they left my home. They showed me how to program my thermostat and where my filters were located so I can change them. Excellent service from an excellent company. -Steven

i called Interstate AIr after searching the NADCA website for reputable air duct cleaners and finding their name on the website as one of the certified members. One of the determining factors on why I chose them was that they didn't just do duct cleanings but also do heating and air-conditioning. My husband and I wanted our furnace replaced along with the ducts to be cleaned and we were happy that we did not have to call out 2 separate companies to accomplish this. From start to finish I was impressed by the operation this company has. The receptionists could not have been nicer and they were very knowledgeable in answering my questions. 3 techs were then sent to our home and they could not have done a better job. From the duct cleaning they showed me step by step how it worked and showed me what was in my vents that I'm glad are now gone. They deodorized some of the smells that were bothering me coming from a couple of my vents. Our furnace was then installed after the duct cleaning was done. The boys laid plastic over everything and my house was cleaner after they left then before they got there. My husband was at work but with these clean cut professionals I didn't have to worry about my safety. Our furnace works great and they gave us a free thermostat and sealed some ducts that had never been properly sealed for free. I already told my neighbors about this great company and felt I had to share this experience with angieslist. A+

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND THERE WAS NOT A THING THAT THEY DID THAT WAS NOT TOP SHELF. THEY WERE PERFECT AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER WITH THEIR WORK.
