Unfortunately, Jim was busy when the work on my house was done. While he is a very nice person. Because of scheduling he was not here to oversee the work. A. Painted over wall paper. I was not told there was wall paper on the walls, I thought they were painting walls. Now the wall paper is bubbling. B. No primer used under paint. Paint peeling off the doors. C. Painted over the door hinges, sealing the hinges. D. Painted over door locks, cannot use them still. E. Took off light switch plates and never put them back. F. Left repaired spindles unpainted. G. Doors were shaved to accommodate the tiles, shaved so much, everything blows in under the doors. Windy days are hectic around here. H. Used the wrong tiles. The color is correct, however the tiles are so slippery. I am handicap and have had several bad falls. I was very explicit when I ordered the tiles. Jim knew from previous installation, I want texture in the tile, so it is not as slippery.

Jim (the owner) came and gave us an estimate on laminate in our living room/ dinning room. We also were thinking of replacing the carpet upstairs. The carpet upstairs is in great condition, I just did not like the color. Jim was very professional and not out to make money off of us and told me that if we were going to rent out our house in the near future we do not want to spend the money on carpet if the carpet was in great condition. That is when I knew he was not out to scam us because other companies told us to replace the carpet. Other companies tried to sell us hardwood flooring which is more expensive and will scratch because of our dogs. We really highlighted this to everyone that we wanted something durable for our dogs. Jim was the one that said laminate is not only cheaper but does not scratch. We were also interested in replacing the carpet on the stairs because their was some bleach stains. We decided to take the carpet we were replacing with laminate and putting it on the stairs. This was only $100 for them to do. When Jim gave us the quote for only $1600 I was very shocked. My father is in the remodeling business and would of done the floors himself if it wasn't for him living on the other side of the united states. I called my father and went over everything with him. He said these people sound like the ones to go with! The installers arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They moved all of our furniture out of the living space and in only a few hours their job was complete. They cleaned up everything very nice and moved our furniture back into the living space. We paid the same amount as the estimate said and no more. We are very happy and satisfied and will use this company again!!!

Called inland for an estimate on doing the kitchen floor in a house I just bought. Jim (the owner) came by the next day. He was punctual, very nice, and offered very good advise. His company usually does large contract work but he enjoys doing residential work also. While pondering going vinyl or ceramic tile in the kitchen we started talking about carpet and other things. I asked him if they do repairs. I showed him the stairs that a cat tore up. he said his guys could take care of that no problem. the price for the vinyl was so low I was able to afford getting new carpet on our first floor and vinyl in the kitchen and washroom. The next day he came by with samples. I told jim we were on a very tight timeline. He went above and beyond and had his guys pick up the carpet needed. The vinyl was going to be a couple days, and that was ok with me. He told me he was going to try and get it faster, but made no promises. He called me the day after and told me he was able to locate some vinyl in LA and he had sent hisguys out to pick it up. So he had his guys pick up carpet from fontana and vinyl in LA just to meet my almost impossible timeline. AMAZING!He pulled it all off in just 4 days from the first estimate to finish. The attention to detail on the installation was great. He ended up taking care of the stairs for free. He called after the job was over to make sure i was happy. Thanks jIm for being awsome. I'll be calling again when its time to do upstairs.

They did a pretty good job and their price was competitive. Their craftsmanship was excellent, but was not very responsive. They were professional and knowledgeable. They also used sub-contractors and they were not so good.
