Erron called the evening before to ask if he could take a quick look at the work we had for him the next day, so he could make sure he would bring the correct tools and manpower. Fortunately, we were able to accomodate him. He came right on time the next morning, and got right to work. While watching Erron, he made it look so easy to make the carpet repairs we needed. He was very quick for five different spots around the house we had work on too. Each area looked great too when he was done! I would hire Erron again, if needed, and I were staying in SoCal.

Don and Jennifer are extremely professional. They explained the carpet stretching process quite well. We were left at ease with the level of confidence and the results from their work. We were most impressed with their warranty and their excellence in customer service. Our carpet needed some work and they definitely delivered it to perfect form. Dan was great ....did great work. He stretched and cleaned our carpet, and helped move furniture. I was very happy with the results. We are going to have him stretch and clean our upstairs bedrooms and stairway next. Would highly recommend this company.

Did a great job, got started right away and finished the job quickly. There are probably cheaper companies you could find, but I don't think there are better companies. Which incidentally is why we hired them, a cheap installer had done our carpet wrong and so we had to hire Don to fix it.

The work was excellent

Don arrived in a "company van", very clean-cut and professional. He was very respectful but also warm and friendly. He immediately put my concerns at ease with his knowledge of the work that I needed done. My husband and I are both extremely pleased with the repairs he made. I hope to be able to use Don again in the future and will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

I trusted the carpet repair man to stay in my house by himself because I had a final to go to for school and nobody was home. I also paid him before I left the house to himself, and he just did his job and left :)
