IKE'S PLUMBING SERVICES

When we called Ike on a Saturday morning, he was at a family football game but even so, he arrived shortly afterwards, moved all our furniture, and covered the carpet with plastic cover. Then he had to establish where the pipes were leaking from. ( By now we had many bowls and jugs of water placed around the family room.) He had to cut away the ceiling, expose the pipes and repair the leaks. Then he advised us on who should help us to fix the ceiling and he cleaned up the mess made from his job. We found him to be very capable and professional and would recommend him, and on a personal note, he's also a very sincere and interesting man.

Plumber arrived on time and was in and out quickly. Took care of our plumbing problem and addressed proactive ways to avoid our problem in the future. We were very satisfied and would recommend this service.

Ike was on his way out of town when I called but he gave me complete directions on how to fix my plumbing problem (clogged kitchen sink) and I was able to fix it myself. I really appreciated his willingness to spend a few minutes with me and I will certainly call him in the future.

They are nice. They have done some water heater work and some drain cleaning in the past. It is a family owned business and they are very good.

Ike was referred to us by friends. He is the best. He showed up on time did the job quickly and only charged us $88. About a year ago we had him out to fix our shower which did not have hot water. He charged $125 and did the work quickly and well. I can't say enough good things about Ike!

I have had a very bad year when it comes to plumbing and I joined Angie's list just to find a service provider in my area that I could trust. I called Ike to try and get a quote and maybe some service done on my bathroom. Ike was very grumpy on the phone and seemed angry that I called the shower knob the shower head, even though i corrected myself and apologized. Over the phone he came off as a very rude person and i was made severely uncomfortable. Sometimes customers aren't going to know exact terminology, it is the plumbers job to make the customer feel at ease. Ike did the exact opposite.

The main water valve into the house was leaking, which they repaired (which was a fairly big job). He was a little more complex and charged for only one service call, which I thought was fair. He was professional. They're very good. I've used them a couple times. They've been responsive, prompt and on time. Their prices are reasonable and about what I expect. I'm happy with their services.

Ike responded right away when I called and explained the problem regarding the leaking faucet. He coordinated with my tenant directly to schedule a time to repair, and completed the job quickly and with no complications. He quoted a reasonable price (much less than the plumber recommended by my property management company). I am out of the area, and Ike did the work and emailed an invoice rather than requiring payment at the time the work was completed. I have never met Ike, but would recommend him for any general plumbing repairs.

Jay was courteous, prompt, and very professional. I appreciated his strong communication skills, he did a great job of cleaning up afterward, offered service in the future if I should need it for other plumbing (I asked).

Overall went very well. My only wish was that he had a resource to close the wall behind him and fix the plaster, so I had to go find someone else. Other than that he did a fine job.

Water heater exploded, I bought a water heater and Ikes installed it, in no time. Great experience.

I noticed water running off of my lawn into the street on Saturday and called the city. They said that I had a leak between the meter and the house so I had to call a plumber. I called Ike this morning at 11 and he said he'd come by this afternoon or tomorrow. At 2:30 I got a call from Jay, who told me he was on his way. I met Jay at the house and he dug up a couple feet of the main at the meter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set about replacing the leaky junction. After he was done (less than an hour later) he walked me outside to show me exactly what he did and explain why the problem occurred. He filled the hole and replaced the sod. He was courteous, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. I'll definitely use him again.

Ike is very professional and polite, he clearly knows his stuff and is a good plumber. Installation went smoothly and we would call Ike again for any plumbing needs.

he was great to work with! Really went the extra mile. The sink was vintage, and the part needed was not easy to find. He went out of his way by finding the par and not charging extra for it.

It went really well. I called Ike on a Monday and he came the next day, did the install, charged me what I believe was a very fair price for the new disposal unit and labor, and even gave me some advice about my dishwasher.
