IKE'S PLUMBING SERVICES

I called Ike's to have the faucets replaced for my washing machine hookup. It wasn't an emergency but the faucets were frozen and I couldn't turn them off. I called Ike's about noon and by 2:00, the new faucets were installed and I didn't have to worry about them anymore. The City of Riverside recently replaced the water mains in my neighborhood and I was worried about what the increase in water pressure would do to my home's plumbing. Jay (Ike's partner) explained it all to me and I stopped worrying about all my plumbing pipes and fittings springing leaks. I have relied on Ike"s Plumbing for about 20 years and he has saved me bundles of money over the years -- not only are his prices reasonable, but he has never tried to sell me something I didn't need.

We had a slow leak coming from our old water heater. When I called Ike's for help, they were very responsive. Jay came out within a few hours and replaced our old heater with a new 50 gallon tank. He also replaced the plumbing around the heater and braced it. The old heater was taken away. Jay always gives really good advise and has helped us many times. We really appreciate the honest and complete service we get from Ike's.

On Friday night I saw that my water heater was leaking. On Saturday morning after receiving a ridiculous estimate, I researched plumbers on Angie's List and called Ike. He told me he could replace my Bradford White water heater on Monday or I could purchase one from Home Depot and he would install it. I opted to purchase one and he agreed to come to my home immediately. He first tried to fix the leak but determined I needed a new one. I purchased a wider model than the old one which required Ike to rearrange the gas line so that it could fit into the space. I was very pleased with his service and price. I would not hesitate to use him again for plumbing needs.

Too busy to attend to my leak, I called another not on list and got expedited service for a great price.

A+++ I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Ike, but Jay was fantastic. He has done four jobs for us and I've been very impressed. Jay is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual,and personable. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I called Ike about a garbage disposal that wasn't working. He answered promptly and took me through some things to try myself. He was very considerate of not wanting to charge me for a visit if it was something easily resolved by the usual "tricks" of fixing a garbage disposal. He did need to come out and was prompt, professional and pleasant. He fixed the problem and made no attempt to "oversell" (ie replace the unit). All in all a very good experience. I will use Ike again!

Ike's Plumbing Services are reasonable, they always come when they are supposed to come and they are accommodating and they always do a good job and fix it the first time.

I fixed an external broken pipe myself and in doing so caused dirt and pipe rust to get into every water system going in to the house. I fiddled about trying to make the kitchen water faucet go faster than a trickle and the toilet refill after flushing and couldn't get it done. I called Ike's Plumbing based on Angie's List reviews and the young man who came out to fix my problems was every bit as wonderful as all the reviews had cause me to believe I might expect. He was polite, educated and well versed in plumbing and quite capable of explaining what he did and why he did it in easy to understand language; no tech talk. Within an hour he'd resolved the plumbing issues I'd called about. It was a wonderful experience and almost made having plumbing problems a good way to start the day. I'd recommend Ike's Plumbing to anybody and I don't plan on ever looking for another plumber.

Ike showed up on time. upon reviewing our issue he was able to diagnose the problem promptly and clearly explained the issue to us. He told us how much it would cost to fix the problem and his estimate was very reasonable. Once completed he went on to say that he was very sure that the problem would not persist but on the off chance it did he would return to make sure that we didn't have anymore issues.

The leak under the sink was found when preparing the bathroom for exterminator service. This was our first experience with Ike's and with Angie's List recommendations we called them. Service was prompt, complete and professional. They are now my number one plumber.

Exceptional, Jay was on time and did exceptional professional work. He was very thorough and cleaned up at each worksite. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

This time around, Ike fixed a valve and a leak under the bathroom sink in my rental house. he has done at least five jobs on both my rental houses and my personal home, all of which are different era houses. Each and every time I have been pleased with every part of his service, even price. He is fast, and also works well and directly with my tenants, and still reports back to me. Ike and his assistant are both excellent.

I found Ike from Angie's list and called because I could feel heat in the kitchen floor near my dishwasher. After discussing things a bit he made arrangements to come out a few hours later and check things out. Using some interesting equipment he traced my pipes and targeted a leak right where I was feeling the most heat. He said he would need to go through the foundation to get to the pipe but as the leak seemed small (the floor was not wet at all) he could come back at 8 AM the next day. Right at 8 Ike arrived with his son who's learning the trade and gave him a chance to see what a leak of this type felt like. Then they got busy with a jackhammer going through my kitchen floor. Ike was spot on with the location of the leak and the hole was no bigger than necessary to get at the pipe. Ike showed me the leak, it was small, and the ground underneath was filled with water. Ike cut out the section of the pipe with the leak and spliced in a new section, got out all the water, and neatly cemented up the hole. Finally Ike and son cleaned up wonderfully. Along the way Ike explained everything to me. How he was locating the leak, how he would patch it etc. For example in patching up the hole he left is slightly lower than the rest of the floor. Ike explained that the floor guy would level it out with an agent and that had he made the hole level with the floor, there would have been a bump that would have made the new flooring uneven. Over all Ike was at our house for about 2.5 hours and the cleanup was excellent. Obviously we need new tile or linoleum but that was to be expected and we've been wanting to do it anyway. I was happy with the work, the way it was done and the overall result. I will call on Ike again for plumbing issues.

He was very professional and on time. The price was a little high. He was very polite and I would use him in the future.

They arrived on time (as usual) perform everything perfectly and was very reasonably priced. What else can you ask for?

Ike has always been very responsive, his prices are very fair, and the work has been completed quickly. I have rental property in the Riverside area, and am out of the area myself, and can rely on Ide to do the work and coordinate with my tenants. I would highly recommend Ike.

The job was completed and exceeded our expectations for time and cost. We have used Ike's services since 2005 and Customer Service and Workmanship are always superb. Over the years work has included a new Water Heater, a new Garbage Disposal other indoor and outdoor plumbing work.
