 + -1 moreThe whole transaction went very well. I was very pleased that they were able to transfer all my data. Luckily, I had no loss of data due to an old hard drive. The staff at Human Computer are committed to superb customer service. I will use them again (and again) for PC repair.

 + -1 moreExcellent service. My hard drive crashed and they did everything they could to retrieve the info off if the drive. Replaced hard drive installed programs, Laptop works great. Had a software issue with Microsoft Windows, took computer to them and they repaired the issue and didn't charge me. Great guys, great work and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Brought in a laptop for repair. I had already received an estimate from Dell but didn't really want to ship it to Dell for repairs. When I brought the computer to the shop for repair, I told them what Dell said was wrong with it and how much Dell wanted to repair it. The shop offered to give me a free estimate. They called me back a few hours later and told me that they agreed with Dell on what was wrong with it and could not beat Dell's price. Although I didn't end up getting the laptop repair by them, I would definately bring a computer there in the future. They were very professional and seemed knowledgeable.

 + -1 moreHe is very fair and reasonable with the repairs. They are very friendly and helpful with any computer questions that I need. He is very reliable with his services. They are my go-to for helping with any questions that I have.
Description of Work: They are very honest and upfront with the repairs. He is able to retrieve information that others wouldn't be able to find. He does everything I could ever ask for and more with computers. I spent $700 to buy a new computer with some upgrades, fixing my old computer, retrieving old data that I needed and installing multiple programs that I had on my old computer that I needed. He has a very reasonable normal rate for small repairs.

I had them do some retrieval work for me and they said that they wouldn't charge me if they wouldn't be able to do the work but if they do they would only charge me a couple hundred dollars.
