Not one problem to report. We had contacted several other companies and were unhappy with the product, prices and the unprofessional attitude displayed. We were going to pass on synthetic grass, then John called, showed up on time for his appointment and took his time presenting his product choices. Explained the whole process in detail and made some helpful recommendations.So we changed our mind and hired John to do our backyard. We are so happy that we found John and his company. Was always on time or phoned if they needed to change the start time. Job site left clean at end of each work day. The crew took pride in their work.
