I found this company on Angis list and they quickly responded to my request to set up an appointment. I have an old oven and was concerned that I needed to replace it. However, Vitaliy came to inspect my oven and he was respectful and honest with his assessment. He was knowledgeable on this older type of wall oven and gave me a fair quote. The part that needed to be replaced was quickly ordered and another appointment was scheduled. Vitaliy communicated with me when he was on his way, which I appreciated. The wall oven presented itself with some challenges but he was able to eventually fix the problem and replace the parts. He also shared with me some insights on how it was installed and where the shutoff valve was located. Since he was knowledgeable about this brand, I asked him other general questions about my other appliances. Overall, he left and I was very satisfied with the work. I would certainly have Expert Appliance Repair and Vitaliy work on other household appliances. Thank you for your expertise!

Good communication. Clean and fixed the appliance no problem.

Water dripped in final spin and had to empty washer tub every 2 hrs. Finally turned water off at water heater & slowed down drip. Called former service company and no response (pc & email). Accidentally, hit HomeAdvisor site. Reviews were good so took a shot and contacted Expert Appliance at 2:30 pm. Arranged for service between 11 & 2 following day. Came on time. Assessed problem, left to go pick up part for my old Roper washer, came back, installed, and even cleaned behind the washer (@ my request) as much as he could. No time wasted and Kevin was gone. Much relief the old washer is still running. Thanks a million. Would use them again. They were very responsive.

My issue was a simple problem that the tech diagnosed quickly and didn't try to replace an unneeded part.

My first experience with this company. Robert was polite and friendly. Arrived on time and quickly determined that we needed a new pilot light for our gas oven. He returned the next day per my request, installed the part and left me with a smile on my face.

The technician arrived within the mutually agreed specified time period, gave me a call when he was 10 - 15 minutes distant, showed up as promised,and was most professional, totally competent, had the necessary repair parts, and expediously repaired my Kenmore Gas Clothes Dryer.
