Courteous, explained very well what needed to be done and did it

My 4 year old dryer had a error code I could not fix. Expert Appliance Repair came out same day and fixed the problem. Sonny was very professional and gave me great advice on how to keep the dryer working a long time. Good people, honest, and hard working.

Professional, called before he was coming, was clean and kept work area clean,, gave suggestions on how to maintain appliances in good working order, did repair in timely manner so we could use repaired appliance next day!

I called on a Friday and left a message. They are closed Saturday and Sunday but called me on Saturday within a minute I called back and got no answer. I called Monday and left a message with no call back until Wednesday. The following Monday after having another company who came out right away but was not interested in fixing our ice maker I called this company again and a gentleman answered and said he was in the middle of something and that was not the company line but to text him back my number, address and appliance model number and have never heard back from them.

I was very pleased with my service with this company and the technician was very helpful in fixing my appliance so quickly. Dishwasher now works great!

He was amazing and kind! The first time we thought it was a simple fix, however, I started experiencing the same problem a week later. Because they have a service warranty, he came out again, knew exactly what was wrong, and was junkily charged for parts! They were the fastest company available, and my refrigerator is working like a brand new refrigerator, and it is an 11-year-old Samsung! Not too many people in the area work on Samsung. I highly recommend this company!!!

The initial installation of a new icemaker in my GE Artica refrigerator ran into a glitch of non-stop water that the first technician could not fix. Fortunately, the company sent another tech, Vitaliy, who was very courteous and offered to see what he could do. He installed another icemaker and thawed out the dispenser motor, with excellent results. (Also he changed out a very old water line). My wife and I are very pleased with the excellent and timely service and very reasonable charges for diagnosis, parts and labor. 18 Oct. 2020

My worker was very kind, and determined to fix the ice-maker. It explained that another company had installed a different make ice-maker than the original and he saved me money by resetting it.
