The technician, Kevin, called prior to arrival. My appointment was between 2-5. Kevin arrived 5 minutes early. He was professional and explained what the problem was and gave me an estimate. He then repaired the freezer in my fridge, explaining what he was doing as he went. He was in and out in about 40 min. I have already given this company's phone number to a friend and will use them again.

Man came to fix water dispenser in fridge. Determined that line was frozen inside the dispenser door. He set the freezer to warm and said let it thaw overnight. Unfortunately, he set it to MAX COLD and the next day line was still frozen. I had to set it to WARM and wait another day for the line to thaw.

They were willing to work with me by not having to be home for them to finish their work. They showed up at my residence at their appointment time and did not leave me waiting. Their customer service was even more helpful by working with my schedule.

They were supposed to give an estimate of the repair and they didn't they just repaired no parts less than an hour and over priced!!!

The repair was done in less that 15 min. part 49.00 labor 120.00 I will just leave it at that.

They replaced the thermostat on my Samsung refrigerator to fixed the temperature problem and 2 days later the problem came back so a day later after I called the same repairman came and after he checked he told me that he had no idea haw to fix the problem. Very poor service.

The repairman was quite late but he'd gotten held up at the parts place and at a previous customer's. He was VERY friendly, very apologetic but knew what he was doing, had the part I needed with him and got the job done quickly. I was very satisfied and would hire them again. Yes, I agree, their fee is rather high.

Very good job but the labor charge a little out of this world, $120 dollars for 20 mins work that's an hourly rate of $360 dollars these guys must be doctors. They did do a good job and were fast.
