Appointment was scheduled the next day and my washer was up and running very quickly at a fair price. Would hire them again.

Vladimir came in, fixed my washer & dryer, and cleaned the insides, quickly and to the point.

On time - fixed the problem - no extravagant price. Parts available next day as promised. Clean work will call if I have other problems.

Parts were ordered and the tech came back on his off day to finish the job.

Just a little bit pricey. For a part that I know I could have gotten, on the internet for about $70, max, my total bill came to $270. BUT, by using Expert Appliance, I do have a warranty.

I asked for an appointment the same day as my dryer wasn't drying and I received a phone call to schedule for the same day within minutes and the technician was there in a few hours. They made it very easy and their price is very fair.

Next day service. Quick and professional.

I was happy to find that I could get service on a Sunday. My appointment time was pushed back so he didn’t arrive until after 6pm. The worker was nice even though it was a very long work day. My microwave control panel was reset. It worked for only a few hours. On the next day it wasn’t working at all. The worker recommend replacing the control panel but it is discontinued. I must buy a new microwave.

The business wasn't an authorized technician for my brand of refrigerator.

The repairman arrived within the set time period, diagnosed the problem and performed the repair. He was polite and cleaned the work area to our satisfaction. Good experience...

The work done was fast and excellent. However, the reason for the lower rating is that a the workman never showed for the first scheduled appointment nor did I receive a phone call. I had to call the company back the next day and inquire why no one showed or called and to reschedule.

Andrew was courteous, businesslike, identified the problem and gave a choice for various solutions. I really liked him and the quality of his work. They gave me a senior discounts well.

Was quoted between 10 am - 1 pm and they would call 1st. He did not arrive until 1:50 pm and never called. He was clean and did his job very well. I felt the cost of the part he replaced and the labor was way to much. The invoice he left with me had another persons name and address on it so I had to call the company so I would be covered for the short 90 days warrenty.
