prompt service and arrived on time. pricing was fair not too bad. would recommend being more friendly and polite at the door upon arrival instead of just walking in without greeting the homeowner and introducing yourself.

I am a repeat customer of Expert Appliance. Their technician came in on time to fix our Samsung refrigerator which was not cooling sufficiently. He diagnosed the problem and replaced a bad part in an hour. I like them because the technician is all business and fixes the problem without any fuss or delay.

I hired this pro. Paid him a diagnostic fee of $65. 2 days later he called and said part is no longer available. He lied, I found the part online so I hired another appliance repair who ordered the part and installed it.

Immediate call back. Repairman arrived on Sunday within a couple of hours of my call, identified the problems on the gas dryer and LG refrigerator, ordered parts for both and was back with parts and completed the job within 2 days. Happy with the prompt response and knowledge of the repairman.
