What a great experience! It turned out to be a problem with our wiring and not the dryer itself. They gave us a direction to go to fix the issue, going above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely hire them again for a wide variety of repair needs.

The technician phoned about 20 minutes before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem with the dryer and gave me a quote prior to work being done. Once we approved the quote, he did the repair and was done in about 30 minutes. We appreciated that he had the part and was willing to work past 6:30 p.m. to complete the work.

Once he arrived, the $65 dollar service charge(with no parts), increased to $265. Would have declined service, but Sears couldnt come until 9 Jan 2019!!!! Technician was professional and did a good job.

Does good work and provided valuable information on upkeep and maintenance. He had to special order a part, he got it quickly, and then he installed it on a Sunday! Thats good work! Highly recommend!!!

They were unable to make the first appointment due to mechanical problems, but notified me and rescheduled. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After arriving, a part needed to be ordered (due to my refrigerator/freezer being old). The day the part came in, they responded to my home and made the repair.
