Very pleasant gentleman. The only thing I wasn t very happy about, was, he had oil on the floor, the towel that sits in top of our washer/dryer, and, on top of the appliances. I had to clean up everything he left behind.

Expert Appliance came to my home to fixes my Samsung washer, the washer wasnâ t draining any water out and I needed a new water pump. Call The Expert Appliance to come out to replace the water pump. The gentleman was on time, Knew exactly what he was doing and very professional and clean! Now my washer is draining water and now back to washing loads of wash. He arrived on time, friendly, explained everything and didnt try to take advantage. I felt very comfortable with him and would definitely call him again if needed and would recommend.

I had to pay for the estimate so I just went ahead and hired them. They were a bit too pricey for the work that was done and they couldn't give me a senior discount. Learned my lesson though and will ask for a senior discount before hiring anyone from this site.

Well I actually had to send one Appliance repairman away because he truly was trying to rip me off. the name of that service was reliable appliance repair. then I got this gentleman from expert appliance repair what a difference.. great customer service. He really knew his business. A fair price considering the work that he went through and diagnosing which is so important. I would hire expert appliance repair again in an instant. I wish I would have come to home advisor first.the first company was Google approved.I don't know how. I will use Home Advisor from now on because other people's reviews on services and products are the best recommendations you can get

The service person showed up on time and the service fee was reasonable. I just found him to be abrupt. I felt he didnâ t adequately address my concerns; however when I called the company directly, the in house technician fully explained the method to repair the issue.

My refrigerator started working again before they arrived, so basically he helped me figure out that I need to pull out the refrigerator on a regular basis and clean the vent. He was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced for service call.

Timely, efficient, professional and well informed and Bart explained what was wrong with my refrigerator and the repair required. What impressed me most was that he called the morning of my appt to confirm and notify me an appx arrival time and that he would call within 30 mins. of his arrival to make the repair. He was right on time. I was thoroughly impressed and would absolutely refer this company.
