Our washing machine repair was carried out with the minimum of fuss and in a timely manner. We were left happy.

called out to see if could finish repair on my Thermador Range . but said the first co Metro I hired in June , mind you still working on due to hard to find parts and wrong parts delivered. said they need to finish job since have such a history trouble shooting.. but said works on Sub Zero. and felt it was puttingoff some heat so said he would wave my trip charge of 65.00 if he did a deep cleaning of my Sub Zero.. he thoroughly cleaned it advised me to turn down the temp as should not have been at 8 and it works perfect at 3 now... highly recommend.

The company had a hard time finding our place but once things got rolling, tech diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 2hrs...for less than the competitors. Super friendly and polite also. definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

The repair man was very knowledgeable. He had to order and then pick up a part. Then, although it became evening before he was able to come back, he still came back with the part and worked late to make sure that our refrigerator was working and we did not have to go another day without it.

Particularly liked the person they sent and hope in the future I can ask for the same one.

Repair was a simple issue and was fixed easily. I appreciated that the repairman did not look for issues where he could increase the cost of repair. A fear I have with professionals. I also appreciated that he came out on the day I called for help and he arrived when he was scheduled to arrive. He charged me a fair price for the work done.

The repairman was awesome & honest. That s rare these days. My refrigerator wasn t cooling so prior to his arrival to evaluate the problem I thoroughly cleaned the coils behind the fridge. He checked everything & told me I was very fortunate that the fridge was back to working properly. He said that usually the fridge compressor is damaged when it gets so dirty & overheats but because I promptly cleaned it I managed to save the compressor. He could have easily scammed me into buying a new compressor ($700) but was honest! He made sure everything registered in good working order (sensors, etc.) & only charged me the diagnostic fee & said if the fridge malfunctions again within 30 days he d come out again to fix it & would deduct the service I paid. My fridge is working ing great! Reliable & Honest company! I d highly recommend them!

The repair person came in look at the problem resolve the issue in less than 30 minutes.

Over the phone I was quoted $45 dollars, however when the technician arrived he told me it would be $155 before he began the job. I was not happy and told him that I did not need his services, he then stated he could give me a discount so I ended up paying $99 which I still thought was too much for a simply job.
