With all going on right now with COVID 19, they were out same day (Sunday even) within a few hours. Hats off...

Fast response and repair.

Called 12:25 pm regarding a disk washer that stopped working. Was told a technician would be there that same day between 1-4pm. The technician, Robert, arrived at 2:10pm. Robert did his diagnostic analysis and determined that a bi metal switch needed to be replaced. The switched was replaced and dish washer back in operation within 30 minutes. Robert also took the time to explain what to do to better keep the dish washer clean internally for better long term operation. Would absolutely use EAR, Inc. again, but only if Robert comes to the rescue.

Company s scheduler very professional and attentive- technician was short and not friendly- although he didn t find the noise I called about for our washing machine, he fixed our dishwasher. His completion was quick, but not communication of what was wrong with dishwasher - he charged and as he was leaving I asked if I was hearing washing machine noise again would I have to pay $65.00 again.. no, it if for 30 days I am glad I asked before he rushed out. At least he said... stay safe Hmmm, service ok- not sure I will call them again though- wait ! 30 days and my 65.00 will be useful!!!

My home warranty company 2-10 is supposed to be the best but they had no one to fix my Viking Double Oven. So much for the best They told me someone was going to show up but never did, Finally they said go outside the network. Again, I went to Angies list / home adviser and poof the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Expert Appliance Repair was prompt and reliable. Response time was excellent. If you have high end appliances or even the norm, call " E. A. R." They will get the job done right.

Tech had to make several trips to obtain correct tools and parts needed to make repairs. Re-scheduled twice but did eventually make positive repairs.

Vitale was punctual, pleasant and explained repair needed before doing the work. I will hire him again if needed and refer him to friends and family. 5 Stars!!

The repairman was very professional. He found the problem with my dryer. Had it fixed in 10-15 minutes. I thought it was a little high but I would have him back any day. I... WAS....AMAZED. Thank you for sending the right person at the right time
