Henry arrived on time. He checked the unit thoroughly (wiring, coolant flow, etc) and came into the house to check the air temperature coming from the ducts. He explained what the unusual sound I had been hearing was and that it was not necessary to make any repairs at this time. His charges were fair. He will be my only call for any future repairs.
