+ -1 moreThey did what they said, did it fast, were polite in the process and happened to also be the lowest bid. Kudos to Direct A/C! Jason is a great person to work with. He knows what he's doing and has a nice personality. No hidden charges- just an A/C system that performs as promised.

+ -1 moreMy air conditioner wasn't working . I called around and got several prices on new equipment. Direct Buy Heating and Air had the most options on several brands when most of the other contractors just offered one brand. After reviewing all the options we decided to go with a 16 SEER Carrier system that qualified for the government tax credit. After we signed the contract they came out the next day and installed the entire system. They put plastic down throughout the house and took off there shoes (without having to ask them). After they finished, they explained how to use the thermostat and the most efficient way to run the air conditioner. Just when I thought they were finished the guy came in with a vacuum and cleaned all the areas they were working. That was impressive. We couldn't have been happier with our choice, from start to finish they made everything easy.
