They came out and did it initially last fall, and then I had to call them back. One of the shelves inside the cabinets that they replaced was falling and they came out and took care of it immediately with no additional charges. After this incident like if I had any issues they came out and took care of them.

Everything started off well, Eric was over at our home the next day after contacting them and presented a great sales pitch. Eric, who is the owner, as a salesman is a initially a very likable guy and definitely got us hooked. He gave us a lot of promises of the process happening very quickly, very cleanly, and how their refinishing product is as durable as it comes.
Strike One, the quickly part. After signing the contract, they did have someone out within the next few days to prep the cabinets and take the doors off (on 8/12). But after that they disappeared for almost two weeks. I had to send several emails before finally getting a response they'd be ready on 8/25. My kitchen sat idle for almost two weeks when Eric initially told us he could be in and out within a week. I gave them a deadline of 8/27, and I feel like if I didn't have to beg them to get back out here and finish up, they never would have.
Strike Two, the destruction of my kitchen floors. During the removal of our appliances, Eric's workers noticed a big hole in our wall behind our fridge. They inquired what happened and I told them the hose for the kitchen water hookup is leaky. I also showed them the hose was taped to the back of the fridge, and it should remain that way. To our surprise, days after the job was completed we noticed our wood floors were cold to the touch and in certain area's noticed water was coming through. Despite being told not to reconnect the hose, the workers still did. I politely brought this up to Eric to see if we can come to a resolution. He acknowledged that his workers confessed to being told not to but kept coming up with every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't his companies fault, even going as ridiculous as saying "its standard practice" as if that made any sense. He ultimately lived up to the reputation his workers vented about while at our house as being a hot headed selfish unprofessional person. Our floors ended up having to be completely removed because the damage was unrepairable.
Strike Three, two years later the finish is cracking. When Eric presented us with his refinishing product he went on and on about how durable his product is. Yet we're two years into his work and if someone even brushes up against our cabinets it will leave a scratch. Even worse we are noticing in some places the finish is starting to crack, almost like a dried up riverbed, we're seeing these lines (almost vein like) showing up where the old color is starting to show through.
Overall, terrible work done by Diamond Cabinet Refacing Inc. This company did a number on my Kitchen that I am still working to fix completely. I am happy to have new floors in now, but with each scratch and now veining of my refinished cabinets, I am often reminded of the shooty worksmanship and horrible ownership of Diamond Cabinet Refacing Inc

The finished product is nice, but there was absolutely no project oversight from the owner/manager.  We had to call several times to make sure our project was on track and several times it seemed like they didn't even know what was going on.  The tile installers were not qualified and we had them remove the backsplash time.  The project was not completed in the time they promised, but they did try to finish it by working 12 hours on the day before thanksgiving.

Overall, I would not recommend this company.

Diamand cabinitry showed up to give us an estimate on all the work that we were looking to get done. They came up with a design to work with the difficult nook in the living room next to the fireplace, and we fell in love. While the entertainment center was being built, the painter came in and went to work on refinishing our kitchen cabinets to an antique white. We were more than happy with his work, and the result was exactly as we envisioned. Shortly after, the entertainment center started to get installed. The entertainment center looked great, and was custom built to house a specific 80" TV that we had in mind. We ran into a little trouble though with the flow from the entertainment center to the fireplace mantle. The center itself was cutting off part of the look of the great mantle they built, and we expressed our concerns. They quickly went back to the drawing boards, and came back with a quick fix. It now looks great. The entertainment center and fireplace were painted to match the kitchen cabinets and everything looks great. The built in cabinets in the family room went in without a hitch and we love those too. All in all, we are very satisfied with the work done.

Cabinets were refaced and look beautiful. New counter-top nice also. We did the kitchen first and liked the work so much that we later had the bathroom work done.

The outcome of the service was beautiful but getting there was not so good. I signed a contract on May 9th and my kitchen was just completed last week. I don't have a big kitchen and part of the half of the kitchen was rebuilt the other half were existing cabinets except for I have a lot of them change into floors but there from the get go was mixed up because the person that came to sign me up for, the salesman gave me all the information. I told him what my budget was and he came under budget by a couple of hundred dollars. I paid them a $1000 down. When I went to pick the cabinet color he brought the wrong sample and he said he was gonna have one made by the company. So, there was another 2 week delay. They kept having all these delays and when I finally selected the color I wanted, I wanted to see a sample and again sent the wrong one, it was crazy. They were suppose to start work July 25th, they did not start to work until the middle of this month. They tore out the kitchen on the 5th and then it was a little bit of time before they came in and when they came in I had already made but the time they tore up the kitchen, the part of it was gonna be rebuild. I had already made another payment of 4900 and when they came to install it I had told the owner that I'm not gonna pay them 4900 until my kitchen is being installed not being ripped out. Somewhere along the gentlemen who is expert in measuring and all that kind of stuff I called to speak with him one day and they said that he's no longer worked for them. So, everything we discussed about this kitchen, the things that are being changed were all disregarded and no one this earth could do the stuff we discussed. The owner came out and remeasured everything and he told me to I could trust him and I had nothing to worry about. Then the installation date was set to the following week, he called me that morning and said that the frames that came in didn't match the doors and this went on and on. then finally they got everything okay and even when they delivery the stuff I would not let them start working till I had seen the doors and I had seen the frame but by then I was pretty tough to deal with. They had start doing to install the kitchen, everything was going along and it was suppose to be the last two days of the installation and I got a call that my guy had been sent to the beach on the job to the beach and I told them that they need to finish the job for me before they get another job. I had no problem at all with the kitchen and the way it looked I just have a problem on how it was to get there. There were massive no one's coming and nobody would inform you until that morning. The outcome of the project was beautiful but getting there is just the problem.

I had problems with them. I had problems with the granite countertops not matching. I just didn’t like their customer service. When I showed him the countertops and how the slabs weren't matching; there is this blatant line in the middle of it. We could clearly tell that the granite just doesn’t go well. He looked at it and didn’t see any problem with it. He was really difficult. He didn’t want to do anything to make it right. The cabinets are really nice, but I wasn’t happy with the granite. I would tell others that if they hire them, they should make sure that they are watching what they are doing all the time.
Response from Diamond Cabinet Refacing inc
"The granite is fine! it's granite and she wanted to know why there was a line spot in the counter top, she should have picked a different top if she didn't like granite. also to make her Happy we waived her final balance due. Sometimes you just can't make anyone happy. But customers should do research before posting negative comments. and next time we won't be waiving any money just to make someone happy as that doesn't work as well, and that's our lesson."

The job took a good deal of time, but everyone I've spoken to who has remodeled their kitchen says that this is usually the case. Diamond Cabinet Refacing was very good at keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process and did an great job on our kitchen. Though not the cheapest estimate we received, my main draw to them was the fact that they don't simply replace the doors and hardware, but instead replace the face frames of the existing cabinets allowing the drawers to be reconfigured. From the initial demolition to every step of the job, the workers were professional, polite, and kept everything very clean. Eric, the owner, was also very helpful in advising us, helping us get the look we wanted for the most reasonable cost.

I've updated this review because it's about 6 months later and our kitchen is now finished. The two largest cabinet doors in the kitchen had to be sent back for the color to be redone about 5 times. The match is still not perfect; the clearcoat is a bit glossier than the rest of the doors but at least the color is right this time. I suppose we could have sent them back another time, but we wanted to be done with it by this point.

In the company's defense, they were very nice about trying to get the doors right and made every attempt to make us happy. I had to take the review down a bit from the enthusiastic "A" I originally gave them, but my overall experience with this company was positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The job was completed in one day and was done very professionally. The owner came out during the day to check on the progress. I was extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. A very satisfied customer! I would definitely use them again.

My old oak cabinets were dated-loking and poorly stained. I had already replaced my tile countertops with quartz, but had decided to live with the cabinets awhile longer.  I eventually decided I needed to replace them with new hardware and white maple door- and drawer-fronts.
Diamond first sent a guy to remove all the drawers & doors, and to spray paint the interiors.  The next day a crew removed the cabinet facings and replaced some of the shelves with drawers.  By the end of the week they were finished, save a missing drawer front and some drawer slides.  I've received many compliments on the appearance of my new cabinets.
My only compaint was with the time it took to get the project underway.  I got the estimate in April, signed the contract May 1, and had the measuring done 2 days later.  After 2 reschedulings, the work started June 25.  It was mostly done in a week, but a workman had to come back to do a little touch-up work on July 12.
