I cannot say enough nice things about David workmanship. In one hour or less he remove the damaged sections of the stucco and patched the damage area to match The existing pattern Spanish lace. He did an awesome job.

Expensive.

Davids team does great work. Matched my stucco pattern perfectly. Completed what I thought would be a two day job in one day at a reasonable price.

Hard to get a hold of. Accused me of lying because he couldn’t find the material that was left for him. Waited two weeks for the patch and he never did it. At the end he said maybe he can do it next month or next year as a mockery statement.

You get what you pay for! Maybe I paid a little too much or just right!

Mr. Negrete was prompt, polite, reasonable, fast, professional and courteous. What more do you want of your contractor? I would hire him again and again.

David saved my but!!! I was left with an unfinished sliding door thanks to a contractor that didn’t know what he was doing. David was awesome!!! Very reasonable price and actually did more work than expected. Great company!!

Project completed quickly and in time with my requirements.

He surveyed the project, made a proposal which I accepted and completed the job in less than one week. Projected work required two men for less than one day. Worksite was left clean.

Work completed was actually stucco repair job needed after plumbing job was done on my home and the plumber "work space" hole needed patching. David Negrete did a great job in patching the hole with materials and also did an amazing job in matching up the existing texture on the original stucco; he also put color into the final stucco coat which was an added plus. He was on time and both he and his associate did a great job in cleaning up after job was completed. You can tell David knows what he is doing and he told me he has been in business 40 years!

This contractor knows what he is doing! So pleased with his workers, who did an excellent job of repairing my house stucco. Left the area worked on very clean and looking brand new once again. My neighbors came by to see the results and were very impressed.

David was excellent and very knowledgeable about what my home needed. He fixed the issues and my home looks great.
