I was so impressed with David's work that I brought up the idea of having him put me on his future schedule for maintenance cleanings so I don't end up having them get as dirty as they were before he cleaned them for me. Looking forward to having come back.

Received the referral from Angie's list. Dave was prompt, professional and very fast. Took my last window washer 5 hrs using two guys. Dave knocked it out in 3 hrs by himself doing a superb job. Asked him to check in every six months for a redo.

Dave did a fantastic job cleaning both inside and outside every window and sliding glass door of my single-story home. Dave took the time to do a quality job, which is something I very much admire. He even cleaned some windows in the detached garage that I forgot I had! I will definitely be using Dave again in the future and will be recommending him to everyone I know. He is courteous, professional and does a stellar job.

It went well. He first cleaned the inside, then the outside. He did the entire job by himself.

Dave did a good job overall. Showed up on time, was very professional. He did an excellent job with the cleaning of the windows themselves. He took them out of the frame, cleaned them, and replaced them. The reason I gave him a B for "overall experience" and "quality" is that the window frames were not cleaned as well as I would have liked. One of the main reasons I wanted the windows cleaned was that the frames were quite dirty. My house is 10 years old and I don't know if the frames were ever cleaned - there was a lot of "gunk" in the frames. I told Dave about the frames when I asked for the quote. When Dave initially finished, I pointed out that the frames were still dirty (mostly in the corners). It wasn't just specks of dirt - there were 1/4" round clods of "gunk" left. In some of the corners there was caulk that looked like "gunk", and in some of the corners there were really balls of "gunk". I asked him if he would clean up those corners. He said he would, and I didn't check after that until he left - I figured there was no point, as I had already asked. Some of the windows were a little better, but there were still clods of gunk in some of the corners of the windows. I want to be really clear on this point, because Dave did a great job with the actual windows. As far as cleaning the actual windows, I would give him an "A". My only criticism is that I told him about the frames (during the estimate and also after the initial cleaning), and they still weren't cleaned to a level I consider acceptable. I would have paid more to have the frames cleaned thoroughly. A big reason why I hired someone in the first place is that I didn't want to take the panes out myself in order to really get the frames clean. The windows were cleaned beautifully, but I still had to clean the frames again myself. If I knew that was going to be the case, I would have just done the whole thing myself.

Great - very responsive, hard worker, great work product

Dave is great! We’ve been really pleased with his service, partly because of his thoroughness. For example, he cleans both inside and outside, tracks, and screens. He’s always been punctual, and his professionalism is great.

We got him off Angie’s list. He was a standout guy. He came by himself and did the work. He did not fool around. Everything looks great. I did not shop around for the price. He charged me $150 for cleaning the windows inside and outside and I had a lot of large windows, so I think it was a fair price. He then charged me $25 per duct. That was also reasonable. I rate him high overall. He was a great guy. I will consider using him in the future as well.

It had been a couple years since the windows were last cleaned. Several had fairly significant hard water deposits. Dave was extremely prompt, spent 5.5 hours doing very thorough work which included windows in some awkward spots (three circular windows opposite the stairwell). All the windows, including the ones with the hard water damage, were sparkling clean when he was done. I am very satisfied with the job, and I will be using Dave's service in the future.

Dave has washed my windows several times over the last few years. I call upon him every 6-8 months. Dave arrives on time or calls ahead if he is delayed. This morning he arrived a few minutes early. He got right to work removing screens and cleaning the outside of the windows, as I had asked. I will call on him again in the fall to clean outside and inside my windows. When he comes inside, he wears coverings over his shoes to keep from tracking in dirt. I appreciate that very much. Dave is a very efficient, tidy, and excellent cleaner. He is pleasant but not chatty. It is a pleasure to do business with him. Dave also cleans air ducts, but I have not needed this service yet.

Called them. Got an immediate answer by a live person, who was easy and comfortable to talk with. He looked on Google to see the property from the Satellite Mapping feature. Provided a price, based on what could be seen and my description. Set the appointment for later the same week. Workers arrived a few minutes early. They did a walk through, and reported they could do all the work from inside our condo unit. They were extremely polite. They wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt, worked VERY clean, left everything back in place, worked steadily, and finished in a very reasonable time. Payment was with a credit card. We were so pleased with the total service, including the price, that we later called and scheduled carpet cleaning, another service Dave's provides.

He was great. He arrived on time, was professional, and did an excellent job. I referred him to a friend because he was really good.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. MY WINDOWS WERE REALLY DIRTY, SINCE I HAVE HAD SO MUCH WORK DONE AROUND MY HOUSE. CLEAN WINDOWS REALLY MAKE YOUR HOME BEAUTIFUL.
