 + -1 moreI set an appointment with Carol. Four days later, when we were supposed to meet, she did not show. Her excuse was that she forgot to put it in her calendar. Ok, we accepted that and set a new appointment. She showed up on time. Her first five minutes was spent name dropping and trying to impress us on how well know she is. I was fine with that. Then we started looking at the windows we wanted to have redone. We explained what we wanted and the look we were going for. Carol proceeded to ask, "Well, that is going to cost $5000. Do you really want to spend that much on this?" And then she followed it up with the statement to the effect of, "Well, that's a lot of money for just one window." When she asked a budget, I told her that it does not matter as long as we get something we like. We had planned to spend up to $10k on the two rooms and $5k for the window treatment was fine. I gave her a chance to back out of the corner she was in but she just kept on digging her hole. I then asked her to leave as I did not like to be judged on either if I have money or how I choose to spend my money. The whole experience was very unprofessional. I was most disappointed.

 + -1 moreIT WAS GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND THEY DO HAVE AN ONLINE SITE, IT'S FASCINATING. IT SHOWS THE BEFORE AND AFTER OF HOUSES SHE HAS DONE. EACH FRANCHISE IS INDEPENDENTLY OWNED. SHE ALSO HELPED WITH FABRICS FOR MY MOTHERS BED SPREAD.
Description of Work: WE CONTACTED THE DECORATOR AND SHE SENT OUT ONE OF HER PROFESSIONALS. THEY LOOKED AT BOTH HOUSES AND SAW WE WANTED THINGS MOVED AND WHERE THINGS WOULD GO. SHE FIGURED OUT WHICH FURNITURE NEEDED TO GO WHERE. WE HAD SIX BEDROOMS OF FURNITURE. SHE WAS HERE FOR THE MOVE UNTIL 11PM. SHE ARRANGED THE COMING AND GOING OF THE WORKERS.

 + -1 moreWE WERE PRETTY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. A CONSULTANT CAME AND DISCUSSED A NUMBER OF OPTIONS FOR WINDOW COVERINGS. I HAD SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN MIND UPON OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT, HOWEVER THE PRODUCTS RECOMMENDED HAVE DONE WELL FOR OUR HOME.
Description of Work: WE HAD WINDOW COVERINGS INSTALLED FOR THREE HUGE WINDOWS AND OUR PATIO DOOR.
