Description of Work: Hired them to move a few pieces washer dryer work bench radial arm saw fridge that was brand new paid with tax 3300.00 dollars for it. They used moving straps to lift the fridge and in doing so while walking was hitting it with there knees denting the side of it in as well as breaking the wheels off of the fridge as well. after confronting the mover about it after it was delievered he said he would take care of it and replace it since it was all stainless steel can not replace the panel have to replace the whole fridge so he said he would. Founf out he had no insureance and went and got insurance and tried to put it through them but they would not do the claim as it was not a total loss they said he said. So he played me for 2 years telling me he would replace it phone call after phone call made to him everything from has a big job coming up he will have some extra money from that to do it then nothing to tax time told me his accountant said he will be getting a big refund then told me he owed money. Excuse after excuse.

Description of Work: It was a small moving job from California to New Mexico.
