BBC Carpet One

.This was the worst experience of the whole insurance claim. At first Tyler came out to see the damage , we picked the carpet. From there things went wrong. The installers came out to install, they must have not installed much carpet before. They made the cuts in the wrong places so the minute someone walks in the Living room it is quite noticeable. Then to top it off they used a hatchet to pound it down. They nick the walls and baseboard. They got mad when I asked them to replace the baseboard. Now here in March of 2014 the carpet really stands out. where the seams are,and is coming up from the baseboard because it was cut to short . We are in the process of redoing the carpet.

Tyler, the owner of BBC Carpet, was very accommodating and bent over backwards to find a tile I truly love. His crew was very talented and did a fantastic job. The previous owners of my home had glued (or cemented?) 1/2" thick cherry wood flooring in most of the house and a leak in the kitchen necessitated re-flooring the house. It took 5 men 2 days to get the living room and hallway out. It had to be sawed, chipped and scraped. Really bad stuff. They worked very hard and eventually created a nice clean concrete floor to be tiled. They worked together really well, cleaned up each day and were very professional and courteous. They are very good at their job and my new tile floor is really beautiful.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. I'VE BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME FOR NEW CARPET. THIS COMPANY WAS QUICK & LAID CARPET IN ONE DAY. THE MANAGER BEAT THE PRICE OF 2 OTHER COMPANIES THAT I HAD ESTIMATES FOR.
