They came out and did the work. I asked for adjustments because they installed 6' wide gates and I requested 4'. After they measured they had advised that I go with 6' wide gates, but this actually was not needed. All we really needed was the the 4' wide gates. I told them I needed them to make these adjustments and no one will get back with me. I have left numerous messages requesting someone call me back and have yet to receive a call back. I wish they would call back and agree to come back so we can re-measure together. The guys that came out were hard workers and did really good quality work, the problem is with the management. I had given them a big down payment before work had even started and continued to make payments while work was being completed. I gave them my credit card number and permission to take the rest of the money that I owed them. After the work had been completed, I received a call from the secretary asking me to pay the bill off. I advised her that I thought I had already paid it and also that I wanted adjustments made to my gates. She said she didn't know and would get back with me. She never called back and I ended up getting notification via the mail that they had put a lien on my house.

I had the work done mid-December of 2016. Since that was a slow time of year for All Counties, they were able to send out a double crew that managed to tear down the old fence and install the new one in the same day. I was originally told that it would take two days to complete the job. So, that was a pleasant surprise. The work was excellent and I would use All Counties again.

They were on time, clean and finished the job ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship. When it comes time to do the other portion, we will definitely call them again.

It went fantastically. As soon as we contacted them they pulled up our estimate from months ago (we had chosen another company that did not work out), and they were right on it. Made an appointment to come out the next week, tear down, replace with reinforcements in the fencing and cleaned up immaculately. It only took the guys a few hours and they were done. Very professional.

I worked with Bob who was attentive, professional, helpful and thorough. There was an issue with a slope wall which needed to be adjusted so that it couldn't be jumped and would pass pool inspector's safety code, and Bob caught it and brought up a solution that the other companies we'd sought estimates with did not. They created a custom solution that looks quite classy. When there was a question as to whether we could save cost with an alternate solution for a chain link section, Bob looked into it, and called around to find honest answers, even though that would mean less profit for them. They communicated what part of the yard would be done on which day so that we could easily coordinate with our neighbors to have the pets inside on those days, and they kept to the discussed schedule. At the conclusion, the installers drilled holes outside on the drive to allow the gate to lock in the open position and even made a tall pipe post so that the gate side that opened onto a hill could remain locked open when we needed it to without our having to hold it. Although they did glue the post tops on even though we'd told them that we'd be ordering the solar lights for each post top, when I caught that, the workers went post by post to undo the tops with a good attitude, so that we could still put the new upgraded solar post tops on. We're getting compliments on our fencing and are very pleased.

They had a specialist come out to my home first to pick out the type of fence I was looking for. They really listened to to me and really cared about what I was wanting. They stayed within my budget too! They helped us out every step of the way!

Arrived at 7:15 AM. and had the job completed, and yard clean, by 3 PM. Crew was great. They went about their jobs efficiently and effectively.

We contacted All Counties Fence & Supply 11/13/2015, and left a message that the latch to our vinyl gate had separated from the gate itself leaving a portion of the gate surface cracked, and that we would like to have someone come out to repair the damage. We also indicated the possible days that we would be available, and left our contact information. I received the following response: "WE WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY TO SET YOU AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE. THANKS. KIM" However, we never heard from them again despite further attempts to contact them. Obviously, this job was far below their monetary reward expectations.

Fantastic! We had several bids before Chris Jr from All counties came out. We have been planning on vinyl fence replacement for several years actually. From the time Chris arrived we knew All Counties would be our company! Chris was responsive, professional, informative and kind. He listened to our needs, gave us ideas, showed us the product they used, talked us through the process. Their price was competitive and fair. It was a little more than a month until we could firm up our dates and when we called Chris he got us right on their very busy schedule on days that worked for our lives. The install crew was top notch. They were on time, they worked incredibly hard installing the fence and worked through some complications with our large gates which needed to open in specific way to accomodate our trailer. They worked two full days, always answering our questions, respectful of our home and property. We really could not be happier and would highly recommend them to our friends, family and anyone in need of fence solution. They worked with our neighbors to have their gates replaced at the same time also. A really great company, we look forward to using them again in the near future for patio cover. Update, the large RV gates needed adjusting and All Counties sent someone right away. He fixed the problem and showed my husband how to do minor adjusting if the need arises again. Great service

It went extremely well. Very very good work. They were suggested to me from the manufacturer of the vinyl fencing, amung other firms. We checked them all out and All Counties was the best fit for us.

They showed up on schedule and called to say they were coming. Both estimate and work were done on time and exactly as planned. Service as it SHOULD be!

It worked out really well. They installed it very nicely and it was fabulous. We're the only house on our block that has complete private fencing. There's no crack. You can't see other person's yard next to us which is what I really wanted because I like privacy. We have like almost an acre property so the fact that we got it for so cheap, it was really good. We're actually gonna contact them again for something else shortly.

They showed up on time and finished earlier than expected.

They were here for a couple of hours. Rick coordinated everything with his guys and they did a great job. My neighbor was so pleased with their work that he used them as well. It looks really nice too.

The only problem I had was the gate was placed the wrong way, but they have great customer service.

The price was split between my neighbor and I. It took them a day and half to do the installation. I am looking forward to them giving me another bid for the other side of the fence.

They were punctual, did a good quality job of installation, and cleaned everything up before leaving. The work crew was very efficient and the office staff was also very helpful with processing my contract and payment. Prior to having the work done, Bob came out and gave me a professional estimate in writing and product samples. Their pricing was competitive. I would use this company again.

We were very impressed when Rick first visited and gave us an estimate. The quality of their vinyl fence is is very good with inside supports on the 'boards'. The price was firm and not contingent upon buying within 10 days or using a coupon before it expired. He explained that the only reason the price would possibly go up was if their supplier increased prices. He also pointed out some potential problems/considerations that the other three businesses had not. He obviously knew what he was doing. We went to their business location in Riverside and looked at the product. When we were ready to proceed with the project, we called Rick's cell phone and left a message. He responded promptly and came to write up the contract. We were able to use our credit card and collect air miles with no additional charge. The crew came on time. They spent one day on the back which included installing fence down the bank on one side. The next day they did the side which included building a small retaining wall where our property is higher than the neighbors. They cleaned up and ask me to inspect the fence before they left. Everything about the whole transaction was professional.

Lousy - I never got the promised estimate or a response to my follow-up e-mail.

They replaced a wood fence between my and a neighbor with a vinyl fence. They did a shotty job, left a mess and backed out of their obligation as a contractor when we asked for a partial refund for damages caused and unfinished work. I would not recommend them ever.

A couple of months ago, my wife and I contacted All Counties to bid on installation of new vinyl fence. Chris came out to review the situation and provide us with the associated costs. His bid beat out the competition and I feel he had a superior product to others that provide us with bids. In August we contacted Chris to schedule installation of the fence. The time-frame was only one week out because of this being a bit slower time for All Counties. The crew showed up at the appointed time, removed the old fence and began to put up the new fence. They encounted a couple of issues. 3 stumps from the neighbors yard had to be cut out because when they planted their trees in was right on the property line.. This took some additional time but the crew plowed on and completed the project by mid-afternoon. After a bit of cleanup they were off. Thanks again to Chris and his crew.

Their bid was lowest for the quality of vinyl product. Other bids were almost double if not more what their pricing was for the same exact quality product. The estimator and the crew were professional and the project was completed with quality workmanship for the most part. The crew on the second day did flawless work. There was one individual that I dealt with that was a little kurt in his responses to me, but many contractors come off that way with homeowners during a project. One thing that they did that other contractors were reluctant to do a separate contract for all three neighbors who shared the fence and they collected directly from each neighbor so that made the payment process much less complicated for all parties. Overall, it was a good experience and I would hire them again to do fencing in the future. They do excellent work at a fair price.

It was a very good experience dealing with them. On-time, was able to move me up in the schedule and very professional. They did the work while I was away at work and I came home to a beautiful new fence.

I called All Counties for a free estimate on replacing our older wood fencing. Rick Cavazos showed up at the exact time that I was told to expect him. Rick made many suggestions to improve the vinyl fence we wanted. The crew that All Counties sent was Eduardo, Oscar and Mario. They did a fantastic job, at the estimated price, on time, totally cleaned up after the job was finished, but best of all the new vinyl fence is a work of art (BEAUTIFUL). We are so happy with the whole experience, and would suggest that any of our neighbors, relatives, or friends needing any fence job call All Counties Fence and Supply for a super job.
