+ -1 moreI was so glad to find someone available at 8:30 pm Saturday night. Val was most professional getting to the problem at hand with the questions he asked. He had great communications skills giving me all the information I needed to make a decision as to when was the best time to have the repair done. The tenant was very pleased with the service provided. I had called another 24 hour person on Angie's list but he never answered the phone. Nor did he call back when I left a message.
Description of Work: Provider communicated promptly after my phone call. Asked questions about the spring on the garage door. He was able to quote a price for the repair. He also gave me two quotes for the times that he would be available to do the job.because it was an emergency as the tenant could not get her car out. The tenant was able to wait till Sunday morning when the cost would be cheaper than Saturday at 9:30 pm.

+ -1 moreTHE REPAIRMEN WERE PROMPT AND QUICKLY REPAIRED THE DOOR. HE ALSO GAVE US SOME POINTERS ON HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT SOME MORE OF THE SIMPLE AND COMMON PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR SO THAT WE WON'T HAVE TO CALL THEM OUT AND PAY EVERYTIME WE HAVE A MALFUNCTION.
