A-Quality Chimney Sweep

Made the appointment, by telephone, in late November. This is their busy time, so December 15 at 2 pm was available. Terry called about noon on Dec. 15 asking if he come come early. Agreed. He arrived about 1:15 pm and went right to work. Job took somewhat more than 1 hour. Spread cloths on the floor in front of the fireplace and draped the opening. Used large vacuum cleaner to remove debris after he swept the chimney and interior of the fireplace. Very thorough and tidy. No mess. Inspected the interior and exterior of the fireplace and chimney. Went on roof to inspect chimney. No deficiencies or problems found. We burn dry wood in this fireplace. He pointed out 2 areas inside where creosote stage 1 is visible. Advised on control of creosote.

Terry offers three set timeframes to perform services, so we selected a time and date that best suited our availability. Wearing an adorable "chimney sweep top hat," Terry arrived to our home on time and ready to answer our questions. After his initial inspection, Terry placed protective coverings around the fireplace/chimney area before cleaning. The service took less than an hour to complete, with Terry kindly collecting any debris. Afterward, we were provided with a report that included the condition of our fireplace/chimney and services rendered. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing, "consumer-first" company.
