 + -1 moreThey rekeyed the lock, and could not provide me with duplicated keys. The key they left me could not be duplicated and they charged me for a multilock rekey when this should have been charged as a regular rekey, which is what I asked for initially. I have had to pay three other locksmiths in an attempt to obtain keys to fit the lock and none of the keys work; I need duplicate keys to give my family. I feel that I was over charged for a service I did not ask for to begin with. I have attempted to contact them; however, I have heard no response from them. I need this issue resolved, with the lock rekeyed correctly, so I can obtain duplicate keys; because the way they have left me in this situation, I am unable to get duplicate keys for the lock because multi lock keys cannot be duplicated.
Description of Work: I had a lock rekeyed to a simple entry door to my home.
