Description of Work: Cream colored carpet feels fresh, looks a lot lighter. Edges didn't come up as well as hoped. Most stains removed-wine, muddy dog pawprints, including previous attempts to clean up. Blocks under furniture, professional attitude, courteous. Drew attention to problem areas--ink stain would not come up. Overall, nice job, minimal problems. Price includes stain guard of traffic areas and a 5% senior discount but is far more than previous carpet cleaners. May be worth it in the end.

+ -1 moreWe had a hospital bed in the living room. That carpet had lots of traffice including wheelchairs, etc. Both rooms the carpet results were beyond our expectations and now look new again. Any stains came out and the traffic areas are no longer visible. Their cleaning person was working the entire time. Very personable and answered our questions. Our recliners arm rests were the most stained and they now look new again also. We had the carpet covered with stain guard. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer for their quality job, being thorough and for being on time. Job well done.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in living area and bedroom. And, we had both Lay-Z-Boy recliners cleaned which had not been cleaned since we bought them (6 years ago).
