+ -1 moreGrover went way above my expectations of service. My tank had not been pumped in at least sixteen years and Mr. Hunt said it was the biggest tank that he had ever seen on a residential system. Would recommend him to anyone in the area.
Description of Work: I have owned this house since 1996, and knew that septic tanks needed to be pumped every few years. I hadn't had it done, ever. Mr. Hunt arrived on time, found that I had not found the lid of the septic tank, rather the lid of the distribution box, advised me about the probable placement of the tank and promised to return the next day. He did so. Upon opening, the tank was full to the top with a solid mass that could hardly be penetrated by the hose. He spent the next six hours pumping and back-washing the tank only to discover that his 1980 gallon truck tank was full. It being too late to empty the tank, he returned on the third day to pump the remainder! (My tank turned out to be 2500 gallon)
