Spirit is a HVAC Contractor that installs full systems for new homes. Also we replace, and repair Air Conditioners and Heaters (furnaces) for older homes. We are your Air comfort experts. We give free estimates for system replacements. We measure and size home for proper equipment to meet the needs of the home. We will duct seal your home, to help save energy costs. We are a family owned business and have been serving the Ripon, Tracy, Manteca, Escalon, Salida areas for over 26 years.

Residential and commercial install and repair, planned service of all makes and models, installation and replacement, control systems and indoor air quality specialists, air conditioning, heating & ventilation equipment. Replace and repair gutters.
