POOL MASTER INC

Everything went well at the beginning.  Mark came and gave me an estimate.  I asked if he would be doing the work instead of someone that he hires.  He said yes.  We worked out a schedule and the services that he would provide and I gave him keys.  The pool looked great for the first couple of months including a couple of dead spots that quickly get algae if not brushed.  He came early in the morning so I was usually asleep when he came.  In May, my husband saw a young man instead of Mark doing the work.  He came and just put in chemicals.  He left the powdered shock sitting on the bottom of the pool.  Every once in a while for the next few weeks I would look at the pool.  The dead spots were not brushed, dirt and algae accumulated on the steps, and in late May the pool started to turn green.  I looked in the skimmer baskets.  One was clean with tabs (I have an automatic feeder and do not want tabs eating away at the basket) but the other one looked like it had not been dumped for weeks.  The basket in the pump had not been cleaned for weeks as well.  I called for them to come and fix the problem.  I did not get a return call, but It looked like chemicals had been put in the pool.  However, it did not look like the steps had been brushed.  I called a couple times more, but did not receive a phone call back.  Unfortunately, I paid them with an automatic payment in June before I could cancel it.  I do not feel I received full service so I should not have paid full price.  I called to cancel the service in mid July and asked for the keys back.  Still no one returned my call.  I called a few days ago (It is the middle of July) to ask for the keys back, but still no word.  The loss of money and the loss of keys is discouraging, but most discouraging of all is the lack of communication. <br />
