Terry and his crew were great!! I had huge unknown electrical problems and they solved them. They knew what to look for, what to do and how to solve them. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We have more work to do, but the critical issues were resolved.

They damaged our fence, but a gas line that pg&e had to come out and turn the gas of in our neighborhood, and dig up our AT&T cable.

I cannot recommend Terry and his crew enough. Bought an older home that had serious wiring problems and they literally had to re wire my entire house and install a new panel. Gave me a detailed estimate beforehand and even matched a slightly lower quote from another company that wasn't going to do as much work. Top notch work and excellent customer service. I had a terrible experience with another company where it took three weeks and what I originally hired them to do still wasn't completed and they were really difficult to get ahold of. Johnson Electric completed what I needed done in a day and a half and for a much lower price. All this PLUS they were friendly, courteous, professional, easy to contact, and willing to work around my needs to accomplish what needed to be done. Thank you, Johnson Electric! I am thrilled with this company!!! I have an older home where a switch in the breaker box broke and I had another company come and look at it for us. They couldn't find a replacement so wanted to replace the whole box, but instead of doing that they convinced my husband to do a completely different job instead. They took three weeks and didn't complete what I originally hired them to do AND they never answered their phone. With Johnson Electric I called on Saturday, they came on Monday, and everything was completed by Tuesday morning for a much lower price than I expected! They were courteous, time efficient, easy to contact, knowledgeable, and even reinstalled a switch that the other company had put in upside down for no charge. I am VERY pleased and will be using Johnson Electric for all of my electical needs as well as recommending them to everyone I know.
