We have known Stan Dalton of Red Cloud Construction for over 30 years. Mr. Dalton has done work for us ranging from complete landscaping projects to major remodeling/renovations at our homes. If we had to describe our experiences with Red Cloud Construction in one word, that word would be value. Mr. Dalton possesses a vast amount of knowledge on a wide variety of construction matters. From the very beginning of our many projects over the years, Mr. Dalton was instrumental in the development of ideas, planning out the project, and implementing the work. Invariably, we would come up with changes along the way; each time, Mr. Dalton conducted himself with patience and professional insight as to the validity of our ideas. The projects were done in a timely manner and Mr. Dalton's careful and detailed workmanship has withstood the test of time and use. We were so pleased with a storage box for our patio (for pool toys, towels, etc.) that we’ve continued to have them come back for other projects. Stan made great suggestions for the storage box; including the treated wood, slanting for good drainage, etc. It will last forever! Our home has curved walls. I was thrilled with the precision used to cut tile for the floors that gives the rooms a real custom look. I heard that Stan built 2 or 3 of his own homes from the ‘ground up’ – so you can imagine the variety of work that this team can perform!

They did a total tear off, repairs to the structure to avoid future problems, installed copper flashing, top of the line 50 year shingle and ridge cap. Red Cloud did that job nearly 20 years ago and my roof still looks great. In fact, better than many of the homes in my neighborhood with new roofs. I am completely satisfied with their workmanship and have had them perform many other projects.

This project was 15 years ago and we are still happy with the outcome. This project included installation of baseboard heating, wall preparation for wallpaper, lighting for all the rooms, handrails for the stairs, installed sheet goods on the floor and had a great wallpaper subcontractor hang the wallpaper. We would recommend Red Cloud Construction for anyone's remodel project.
